ORDERING & TIPS:
All orders require a non-refundable 25%-50% deposit before work begins.
Present coupons, discounts or gift certificates prior to deposit and before work begins.
PHOTOS:
Please mail or email at least 2 quality photographs of your pet/s. Photos taken of your pet while kneeling (at eye level) are the best. Remember clear, sharp focus photos will produce a more highly detailed portrait for you. Taking photos on a bright but overcast day tends to be the best lighting for clear detailed photos. If emailing photos, send the larges high quality images possible (at least 450kb or more). Again, this will help to produce a more highly detailed portrait of your pet/s.
GIFT CERTIFICATES!
Many folks would love to send a custom oil painting as a gift! But what if you don't have photos? Or what if you don't have time to have an oil painting done? We can send an instant Gift Certificate coupon to your or the recipient (via email or snail mail). That way they can choose their favorite photos and even add to the gift certificate price for a larger size or another subject! You just tell us what you want or how much you have to spend and we will help you with your gift certificate.
RUSH ORDERS:
Rush orders for Paintings can be completed in as little as 1 1/2 weeks (with proper photos). This does not include Rush Order fees of 15% of the final cost or any shipping and handling.
