Packaging & Shipping Recommendations:
Please send your photos (prints) and other documents or drawings via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We have found that the mail service in the United States and Canada is safe to use. They both offer tracking services as well. It is a good idea to take advantage of the extra security. For extra security, consider using a Delivery Confirmation or Return Receipt. Or you could use a shipping service, like Federal Express or UPS; these
services are quite reliable, but more expensive.
Place your pictures/documents between cardboard sheets... the cardboard should be
a bit larger than the largest photo/document and enclose them in a sealed
plastic bag to protect them during shipping. Write "PHOTOS--DO NOT BEND" on the
outside of BOTH SIDES of the envelope. If you fill out a customs form, it should be marked "photos" no value.
Print and fill out the Order Form. Include all specific instructions and any additional reference pictures. Enclose them in a padded envelope or special "Photo Mailer" package if you wish. I recommend the use of U.S. Postal Service envelopes/packaging. We will email you when we receive your package and give you a price for the work requested.
Please enclose payment for each set of images plus $5 shipping and handling costs for
each set with your order.
Remember to include your return address on the package/s.
If you are not comfortable mailing your originals and have access to a computer scanner, follow our Scanning Instructions and
upload them including information from our Order Form.
